Well known Whitsunday Sailing Companies join force.
Big things are afoot in the Whitsundays with the announcement of a new joint marketing venture between Backpacking Queensland members Australian Tall Ships Cruises and Southern Cross Sailing Adventures and Prosail and Whitsunday Marine Academy.
A new company called "Explore Whitsundays" has been formed for central Reservations and Accounting arrangements, as well as marketing the four well-known brands. Explore Whitsundays brings together 14 high quality vessels and provides an excellent opportunity to re-invigorate the excitement of Maxi Sailing in the Whitsunday's for adventure travellers.
According to Al Grundy the Directors of the new company share the same ideals and believe that the delivery of quality experiences, across a broad segment from Backpackers and Flashpackers to the emerging Delux market is paramount to the on-going success and growth of the Whitsunday Sailing and Tourism Industry.
