Get immersed in Music Culture. Australia’s favorite Island Roots Reggae festival is gearing up for a well wicked 2009.
Set in the lush tropical grounds of Tjapukai Cultural Park, showcasing some of the most exciting new emerging performers alongside renowned world class artists across three stages over 10 hours. Evolving, growing, developing, ReggaeTown is now 7 yrs old, and has blossomed into a well loved and highly anticipated annual event on the calendar – not to be missed featuring more than simply Reggae.
Delivering local, national and international artists from Africa, New Zealand, Numea, Australia, The Torres Straits and more. Combining Traditional, Old School and contemporary styles including; Hip Hop, Reggae, R n B, dancehall, Roots & World Music in a myriad of Island flavors.
Delicious selections available in the Music, multicultural food stalls and Art/Craft Markets, Wiked workshops and the general festival feeling will round of the best day of the year!
