With all these extra eyes on this site, it’s time to go commercial.  We want to convert this interest into sales for you.  Backpacking Queensland has contracted Rezbookers.Com to provide members who opt in with an online booking mechanism. 

About Rezbookers.Com

A number of years ago, a Canadian started Rezbookers.Com, one of the first online booking systems servicing the backpacker industry. VIP Backpacker Resorts International liked it so much, they bought the company. Over the years the system has been honed and upgraded to move with the times.

Backpacking Queensland is working together with Rezbooker.Com to bring the online booking system to Backpacking Queensland members. It is the best system available on the market to suit our needs. Regardless of what affiliation your hostel or product has (VIP, Nomads, YHA, any other affiliation or no affiliation), you will be able to sell your product on this website using the Rezbookers system.

Benefits of Signing up

Marketing funds for the backpacker industry. Rezbookers will pass on 60% of the commissions earned on sales generated from the Backpacking Queensland website. By signing up for this program, you will be providing your company and Backpacking Queensland with an ongoing revenue stream, every cent of which is ploughed back in to promoting the backpacking industry in Queensland.

How the contract works

The contract is between your company and Rezbooker.Com. It will allow you to sell your product via the Backpacking Queensland website.

Rezbooker will charge a commission and booking fee on sales generated. The full details of this are outlined in the terms and conditions, but the jist of it is as follows:
Rezbooker will charge a $3 booking fee for every booking (this is charged to the client booking the product)
Rezbooker will charge you 10% commission. 4% is revenue for Rezbooker and 6% is funneled to Backpacking Queensland to fund marketing activities.
