Capricorn Caves, located 23 kms north of Rockhampton, open daily for guided tours through amazing limestone caves. For the adventurous book a natural rock face abseil or a wild caving exploration. Caves are home to bats in December, and the summer solstice light spectacle.
It is easy to get to Capricorn Caves with bus transfers from Rockhampton.
Stay at the caves in the Caravan Park cabins or tent sites in a bush setting. Native animals roam freely on 80 acres.
Capricorn Caves is Ecotourism accredited and winner of Queensland Adventure Tourism Award 2005.
